Cobrar tarifas diferentes a las señaladas en la norma legal o reglamentaria frente a la prestación de los servicios de registro público. En los servicios que ofrecen los entes camerales que también pueden realizarse ante las entidades del Estado, como, por ejemplo, asesorías en temas de registro marcario, registro de veedurías ciudadanas, entre otros, deberán informar al usuario, sobre la entidad que presta el mismo servicio de manera gratuita y dejar constancia de que se brindó la información.
