Destínase así mismo la suma anual de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) para auxiliar a la Sociedad Bolivariana de Bogotá en sus investigaciones históricas, en la celebración de actos solemnes de conmemoración patriótica, de difusión de hechos ilustres, que contribuyan a estrechar los vínculos de solidaridad intercontinental y de intercambio de publicaciones pertinentes.
