De la licencia. Toda persona natural o jurídica que almacene plaguicidas para comercializar debe obtener licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento expedida por el Servicio Seccional de Salud correspondiente, la cual tendrá vigencia de cinco (5) años, renovable por períodos iguales.
