Régimen opcional. Los microempresarios que hayan radicado solicitudes de certificación de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura para bebidas alcohólicas antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, se podrán acoger a lo aquí previsto, siempre y cuando medie solicitud por escrito ante el INVIMA.
