Parágrafo

Durante el presente año, el sobrante de estos sesenta mil pesos ($ 60,000), después de descontados los gastos de instalación y sostenimiento de las Comisiones Sanitarias, de que habla este artículo, podrá ser invertido por el Departamento Nacional de Higiene en la campaña contra la fiebre amarilla en todo el país.
