Art. 216. Cuando en el juicio ejecutivo se embargue una finca raíz, estará obligado el ejecutante á presentar, dentro del término que el Juez de la causa le señale, un certificado del Registrador de Instrumentos públicos que acredite la libertad de la finca ó los gravámenes que tenga.
