Excluida una persona del cuerpo oficial de auxiliares de la justicia, la entidad judicial que así lo haya dispuesto comunicará el hecho al Ministerio de Justicia, quien informará de ello a los demás Despachos judiciales del país y a las oficinas a cuyo cargo se halle la inscripción profesional, en su caso, previa anotación en un registro especial, con el objeto de que el excluido de una lista lo sea también de las demás en que figure y que no se le incluya en ninguna en el futuro, cuando la supresión se funde en razones de índole ética.
