º. Cuando la declaración del contribuyente aparezca que tiene bienes en dos o más Departamentos, el Recaudador de Hacienda Nacional ante quien se haya hecho la declaración, o el Administrador Principal de Hacienda de quien dependa, dará el aviso inmediato de ese hecho a los Administradores de Hacienda de los demás Departamentos donde existan los otros bienes declarados por el contribuyente, con el fin de evitar que éste sea gravado más de una vez.
