Artículo único. Concédese á las señoritas Tomasa, Teodosia, Celia y Rosa Restrepo una pensión de veinte pesos ($ 20) mensuales á cada una, mientras permanezcan solteras, que se pagará en los términos del artículo 7.° de la citada ley 14 de 1882 .
