Suspendido un administrador contratista, se le liquidará su cuenta por la parte de obra construida. Si hubiere trabajos que no estuvieren concluidos, para avaluar su costo nombrará el Administrador saliente un perito, otro el administrador entrante, y para el caso de discordia, un tercero el Ingeniero Director. Sobre el costo, según el avalúo, se liquidará la remuneración á que tiene derecho el Administrador saliente por los expresados trabajos. Al hacer la liquidación de lo que se deba al Administrador saliente se deducirá de su monto el valor de los semovientes, útiles y demás elementos que estuvieren á su cargo y que no hayan sido consumidos en la obra ni entregados por él.
