Artículo vigesimonoveno. En desarrollo del artículo 9° del Decreto número 1925 las gestiones qué deba cumplir el Agente Fiscal estarán subordinadas, y dependerán del jefe de la Sección Gestión Delegada. La sede del Agente Fiscal será la ciudad de Bogotá.
