La sentencia pericial se notificará personalmente a los interesados dentro de los seis (6) días siguientes a la fecha en que se dicte, vencido ese término, esté o nó hecha la notificación, se remitirá el expediente al Ministerio de Industrias donde se archivará previa publicación de la sentencia en el Diario Oficial . La publicación surtirá todos los efectos de la notificación personal si ésta no se hubiere hecho dentro del término señalado en este artículo.
