Artículo quinto . Cuando haya lugar a decretar la prueba pericial, el inspector designará el perito único, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 51 del código de procedimiento del trabajo (decreto 2158 de 1948). El inspector conocerá de las tachas o recusaciones que se propongan contra el perito, y de las objeciones que se formulen a su dictamen siguiendo las normas al respecto del código de procedimiento civil (Ley 105 de 1934).
