Art. 1.° No siendo necesario para el servicio del ferrocarril de Bolívar los dos conductores de tren establecidos por decreto número 385, de 31 de agosto de este año ( Diario Oficial número 4,260), se suprime una de esas plazas, conservándose la que desempeña el Jeneral Ramon Valencia.
