Art. 61. La Sala examinará las glosas, el fenecimiento de la 1ª instancia y las contestaciones dadas por el interesado, pudiendo formular nuevos cargos al responsable y pedir todos los informes conducentes al mismo responsable ó al Contador que dictó el auto de primera instancia y á los empleados de las demás Oficinas nacionales.
