º. El Tribunal Nacional de Garantías Electorales tendrá como sede la ciudad de Bogotá, Distrito Especial. Los Tribunales Seccionales de Garantías o de Vigilancia, que actuarán en cada uno de los departamentos, intendencias, comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, tendrán como sede la capital de la respectiva entidad territorial.
