ARTICULO 9 º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1994, los Superintendentes Código 0030, con excepción del Superintendente Bancario, se les incrementará e veintiuno por ciento (21%) sobre lo devengado en l993. El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual de los empleos de Superintendente Código 0030 y Rector de Universidad Código 0045, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
