º. Una vez efectuados los pagos porcentuales de que trata el artículo 3º. de la Ley 43 de 1975 y cumplidos los requisitos reglamentarios que en desarrollo de la misma se señalan en el presente Decreto, se entenderá perfeccionada la ejecución del proceso de nacionalización ordenado por la referida ley, sin perjuicio de las demás disposiciones legales y reglamentarias pertinentes.
