Art. único. El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá que los militares que sirvieron en la guerra de la independencia i no estén desempeñando algun destino público, reciban sus pensiones en los mismos términos en que se paguen los sueldos a los militares que se hallan en servicio activo.
