FACULTADES DE LOS PERSONEROS: Sin perjuicio de las funciones que les asigne la Constitución y la ley, los personeros tendrán la facultad nominadora del personal de su oficina, la función disciplinaría, la facultad de ordenador del gasto asignados a la personería y la iniciativa en la creación, supresión y fusión de los empleos bajo su dependencia, señalarles funciones especiales y fijarle emolumentos con arreglo a los acuerdos correspondientes.
