Parágrafo transitorio

del artículo 6º del Decreto 028 de 2008 y mientras entra en funcionamiento la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Monitoreo, Seguimiento y Control, las referencias efectuadas en el presente decreto a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Monitoreo, Seguimiento y Control, se entenderán efectuadas en relación con el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, sin perjuicio de las competencias que en materia de monitoreo y coordinación le asigna a esta última entidad el Decreto 028 de 2008.
