La aceptación deberá ser incondicional, pero podrá limitarse a cantidad menor de la expresada en la letra.

Cualquiera otra modalidad introducida por el aceptante, equivaldrá a una negativa de aceptación; pero el girado quedará obligado, conforme al derecho común, en los términos de la declaración que haya suscrito.
