El Gobierno nacional, en uso de sus facultades conferidas por los numerales 11 y 25 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política, los literales f) y r) del artículo 48.1 y 93 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y los artículos 5o y 6o de la Ley 389 de 1997, reglamentará la expedición y comercialización de pólizas para el aseguramiento de los instrumentos musicales que sean registrados, y cuyo valor comercial supere los dos (2) SMLMV.
