Los Estatutos Determinarán El Quórum Necesario Para Deliberar Y Adoptar Decisiones; En Ausencia De Tal Previsión Las Reuniones Se Efectuaran Con La Asistencia De La Mitad Más Uno De Los Delegados Y Las Decisiones Se Tomarán Por Mayoría

Los estatutos determinarán el quórum necesario para deliberar y adoptar decisiones; en ausencia de tal previsión las reuniones se efectuaran con la asistencia de la mitad más uno de los delegados y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría. A toda reunión del Congreso deberá citarse al promotor departamental de Acción Comunal de la Dirección General de Integración y Desarrollo de la Comunidad del Ministerio de Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Las reuniones del Congreso serán precedidas por los dignatarios que el Congreso designe.
