Decreto 256 de 2021 · por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 5 al Título 2 de la Parte 5 del Libro 2 del Decreto 780 de 2016, en relación con las competencias de inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud respecto de los actos de adquisición del diez por ciento (10%) o más de la composición del capital o del patrimonio de una entidad promotora de salud.
