º Para los efectos del inciso 2º del artículo anterior, el beneficiario deberá constituir una póliza a favor de la entidad de previsión social obligada a efectuar el pago, que garantice el reintegro de los valores pagados en caso de no tener derecho al reconocimiento de la respectiva pensión. La garantía deberá ser constituida por una cuantía equivalente a tres (3) mesadas del auxilio económico que viene recibiendo el empleado y con una vigencia de ocho (8) meses.
