Art. 28. Las partidas de entrada, ó sea las que figuran al Debe de la cuenta, y que constituyen el valor de las rentas que se vayan recaudando, deben comprobarse, según la naturaleza del cargo, con la firma del ó de los contribuyentes puesta al pie de una cuenta por duplicado, ó por la do alguna otra persona, si alguno de aquéllos no supiere firmar. Dicha cuenta servirá de comprobante del cargo, y será numerada, poniendo al pie de la partida el mismo número que corresponda al comprobante.
