De la duración del arrendamiento. El término del contrato se pactará expresamente. Cuando se den bienes en arrendamiento dicho término no podrá exceder de tres (3) años para muebles o de cinco (5) años para inmuebles, sin que en ningún caso haya lugar a prórroga.
