Reuniones. El Consejo Superior de Agricultura se reunirá por lo menos una vez al año o cuando fuere convocado por el Ministro. Sus reuniones se orientarán al estudio de la política general del Sector Agropecuario y a la revisión y evaluación de los planes y programas anuales, de conformidad con las recomendaciones que le presentare el Comité Ejecutivo de que trata el artículo siguiente.
