º Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación para exportaciones de café cuyo embarque se avise para el mes de octubre de 1991 y siguientes, según el anuncio de venta correspondiente, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias. En consecuencia, las exportaciones con embarques anunciados para el mes de septiembre de 1991 y anteriores, se sujetarán íntegramente a las normas que rijan con anterioridad a este Decreto.
