º El capital del Banco Postal y sus utilidades y aprovechamientos no podrán destinarse en ningún tiempo y por ningún motivo a fines distintos de los que le corresponden al Banco, tal como quedan definidos en este Decreto. El saldo neto de utilidades y aprovechamientos se destinará anualmente a aumentar el capital del banco.
