La sentencia de graduación es apelable en el efecto suspensivo como dictada en juicio ordinario. Durante la apelación y el recurso de casación que contra la de segunda instancia se interponga, el Juez de la causa conserva su jurisdicción para todo lo referente a la administración de los bienes, y para seguir las diligencias ejecutivas hasta poner el juicio en estado de hacer el pago a los acreedores.
