º Cuando el Superintendente Bancario haya dado su aprobación al acta orgánica en la forma prevista en el artículo 2º de este Decreto, empezará la existencia legal del fondo, y éste tendrá, en tal virtud, la facultad de ejecutar los negocios propios de su giro.
