º Todos los individuos comprendidos en el caso del artículo anterior están obligados a presentarse en el curso de los dos últimos meses del año en que debe levantarse dicha lista o registro, a la Alcaldía Municipal, con el fin de hacer la declaración de su aptitud para el servicio militar. En el registro se dejará constancia del nombre y apellido del individuo, su edad, vecindad, profesión, estado y demás circunstancias que sirvan para establecer su identidad.
