Las mercancías introducidas por un puerto en el cual los derechos de importación están sometidos a rebajas y que sean transportadas a la jurisdicción de otra Aduana en que se paguen mayores derechos, no se consideraran nacionalizadas mientras no se haya satisfecho el completo de los correspondientes a esa última aduana.
