Envío de actas. Copia autorizada del acta de las asambleas destinadas a elegir representantes de los empleadores y de los trabajadores en las Juntas Directivas de las sociedades administradoras será enviada al Ministerio del Trabajo y a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles inmediatamente siguientes a la respectiva reunión." Tratándose de asambleas de trabajadores copia del acta deberá enviarse igualmente a la respectiva sociedad administradora.
