Las determinaciones analíticas para comprobar que el producto se ajusta a las especificaciones técnicas garantizadas en la correspondiente licencia, serán efectuadas, a juicio del Ministerio de Agricultura por el Laboratorio del Instituto de Salud Pública, por el Laboratorio Químico Nacional o por el Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas.
