Artículo transitorio 3º. Una vez designados los miembros que conforman el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación, el Ministro del Medio Ambiente, lo convocará para que inicie el ejercicio de sus funciones. En la primera reunión del Consejo Directivo se procederá a elegir al Director General de la Corporación. Constituye quórum para deliberar y decidir, la mitad más uno de los miembros del Consejo Directivo.
