No podrán distribuirse, enajenarse o ser motivo de comercio los minerales de hierro provenientes de la explotación de los yacimientos de propiedad de la Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río en el Departamento de Boyacá, de que trata la Ley 45 de 1947 , sin que previamente hayan sido transformados por las correspondientes plantas de la Empresa en productos elaborados o semi elaborados de hierro y acero.
