Art. 5.° En los puertos de la República pueden también hacer las veces de Tenientes políticos en lo que se relaciona con las rentas de Salinas marítimas, pesquerías de perlas, derechos de exportación y derechos de puerto, los respectivos Jefes de Resguardo de las Aduanas, y la tramitación será la misma que está prescrita en el artículo anterior.
