° La Asamblea General se reunirá ordinariamente una vez al año, y de manera extraordinaria cuando sea convocada por la Junta Directiva. En ambos casos la convocatoria se hará con una antelación no menor de ocho días, mediante comunicación escrita a cada uno de los delegados.
