Artículo sexto. La organización de los cursos corresponde a las siguientes entidades

Ministerio de Educación Nacional a través de la Sección de Salud Escolar, y a nivel Seccional las Secretarías de Educación Pública de los Departamentos respectivos;

Ministerio de Salud Pública a través de la Oficina de Administración de Recursos Humanos para la Salud, la Oficina Jurídica, la Sección de Control de Drogas y Productos Biológicos y a nivel regional las Servicios Seccionales de Salud, cuyos Jefes serán responsables de la buena marcha y ejecución completa de los programas correspondientes.
