Artículo segundo. Los contratos que celebre el Departamento del Chocó para la ejecución de las obras requerirá n para su validez la aprobación del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación.

Parágrafo

La Oficina de Planeación Regional del Chocó, rendirá un informe mensual sobre la ejecución de las obras, de que trata el presente Decreto al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación,
