Artículo tercero. Autorízase al señor Ministro de Obras Públicas para que a nombre de la Nación y en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, suscriba la escritura pública de traspaso del dominio de dichos bienes a la Universidad del Cauca y se haga entrega materia de ellos.
