ARTICULO 28 . TRATAMIENTO PRIVILEGIADO PARA LAS ACCIONES CUYOS TITULARES SEAN ENTIDADES DEL SECTOR SOCIAL SOLIDARIO. Las acciones pertenecientes al sector social solidario conferirán a sus titulares, además de los derechos de todo accionista y de los que les reconozcan leyes y reglamentos especiales, los siguientes privilegios

Las acciones suscritas podrán ser pagadas dentro de un plazo de tres (3) años contados a partir de la fecha de la suscripción.

Las acciones serán excluidas de la obligación de suscripción en bolsa y negociabilidad.

Podrán tener además, cuando así lo prevea en los estatutos los privilegios de que trata el artículo 381 del Código de Comercio.
