Artículo primero. Encárgase al Banco de la República para efectuar la recaudación del impuesto municipal sobre la producción de oro físico de que trata el artículo 1° de la Ley 22 de 1960.

Parágrafo

El Banco de la República podrá delegar en las casas de moneda o en los Laboratorios de Fundición y Ensaye, debidamente autorizados, y que den garantía al respecto, la recaudación del impuesto, para que se lleve a cabo en el momento de devolver el metal fundido al interesado.
