°. en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 929 del código fiscal, los adjudicatarios de tierras baldías a cambio de títulos de concesión ocurrirán directamente con los documentos de que trata dicho artículo, al juez del circuito o del Distrito respectivos, según la cuantía, en solicitud de la entrega y la posesión de las tierras adjudicadas. Si por cualquier circunstancia el juez del circuito a quien corresponda no pudiere concurrir personalmente a verificar la entrega, podrá comisionar, para lo que haga, el juez municipal respectivo.
