Entidades autorizadas para calificar la capacidad de pago. La calificación de la capacidad de pago de las entidades descentralizadas de los entes territoriales, será realizada por las sociedades calificadoras de valores y actividades análogas que se encuentren debidamente autorizadas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
