DE LOS ACTOS DE LAS EMPRESAS INDUSTRIALES Y COMERCIALES Y DE LAS SOCIEDADES DE ECONOMIA MIXTA. Los actos y hechos que las empresas industriales y comerciales y las sociedades de economía mixta realicen para el desarrollo de sus actividades industriales y comerciales están sujetos a las reglas del derecho privado y a la jurisdicción ordinaria conforme a las normas de competencia sobre la materia. Los que realicen para el cumplimiento de las funciones administrativas que les haya confiado el acto creador o sus estatutos, son actos administrativos.
