El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
Decreto 1037 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 3° de la Ley 345 de 1996 y se modifica el artículo 2°, literal e) del Decreto 204 de enero 30 de 1997 que ordenó la emisión de los Bonos de Deuda Pública Interna, denominados "Bonos para la Seguridad", se fijaron las características para su emisión y los plazos de suscripción.
